Register today for the 1st Annual Green Schools National Conference of educators, students, school and community leaders to promote environmental literacy and sustainable communities throughout the country.
The time is right to:
- integrate a “green culture” throughout all K-12 schools
- promote environmental literacy at all grade levels and
- develop sustainable communities across the country
The theme of this conference is “Growing Green Schools Across America.” This event will provide a unique forum and opportunity for the national K-12 education community to meet, connect, learn and share ideas about greening our nation’s schools. The projects and experiences shared at this event will lay the groundwork for preparing future generations of green citizens who will make the world a better place to live and thrive.
We are pleased to have business leaders and green companies join us to share their missions and involvement in creating and supporting green initiatives in schools. There will be something for everyone, with over 60 breakout sessions and an exhibit floor with the latest in products and services to foster more green schools.
We are also fortunate to have national leaders to inspire us and share exciting advancements in environmental policy and literacy from every corner of the nation. Last but not least, we will recognize and showcase the accomplishments of students and educators who are already growing green schools across America.
